OUR STORY
Giannis had the dream of opening a bar ever since he was a kid. In 2018, he began looking for the perfect space to host his dream. The old stone building right in the middle of the village was renovated and opened its doors for the first time in 2019 as Kasseta, influenced by Giannis' love for mixtapes.
Giannis, together with his brother who is a chef in training, designed a drinks menu that would move past the regular beers-and-wine routine of the locals. The variety of cocktails was welcomed with excitement!
During the quarantine in 2020, Giannis decided to broaden Kasseta's menu and include daily brunch, with pancakes, eggs, and nutritious smoothies. Kasseta opened the doors of its newly decorated garden in the spring of 2021.
